Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actress. Anna Gunn is a US actress. She was Jean Ward and Martha Bullock and Martha Bullock, respectively, on The Practice. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and discovered her love for acting while attending Preparatory School. The late 1970s, the family moved to Ohio. She attended the British American Drama Academy and studied theatre at Northwestern University. Anna started out in Chicago and worked in theater roles for many years. Later, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in movies and television shows. Anna received her breakthrough in 1992 when she appeared as Arden for the duration of 29 episodes on Down the Shore. Anna continued to be guest stars on a handful of TV shows and films including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue through the mid 90's when she was cast in a recurring role in the role of Jean Ward in The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood during two complete seasons. In 2008, she was picked as Skyler on Breaking Bad. Sully in addition to Deadwood was another movie she appeared in. Gunn was also on the stage to play in the David Schwimmer directed production Sex With Strangers. Gunn acted as Numbered Days, a four part audio podcast set in 2022. The story of Breaking Bad is dependent on the relationships with Walter White, his wife Skyler and their uneasy relationship. The degrading of this relationship is in line with Walter White's dying days.
